History of Pentrac Consulting Sdn Bhd

Pentrac was a software company back in 1990. 

During the early years Pentrac were contracted by MNCs to develop custom made factory shop floor applications like quality control, time recording and bill of material.  Some of our customers include Solectron (now Flextronics), Agilent, B Braun plus other smaller factories in Penang, Malaysia.  However, in trying to adapt to the general shift in market trend from in-house development to outsourcing, Pentrac quickly evolved, moving in tandem with the market needs, from a traditional software shop to an outsourcing company. 

To support Pentrac in its new endeavour as an outsourcing company, a new and seperate entity called Allstaff Outsourcing Sdn Bhd was formed.  This new company Allstaff would provide dedicated support in manpower resources and services to Pentrac's new outsourcing activities.

Also in trying to keep up with the change from traditional windows based to web based, Pentrac in it's final phase of change spun off another new entity Caritech Sdn Bhd.  This company now handles software devopment for Pentrac, it's subsidiaries and external clients.
